Return & Refund Policy

When purchasing products from our online store, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or return a product, please contact us at info@mykoreanglow.se before sending the item back. Not collecting an order is not considered a valid cancellation.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Certain items such as beauty accessories (e.g. earrings, hair products with direct contact) are also excluded from return.
  • Discounted products with a “best before” date cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the returned product is not in a resellable condition due to use, damage, or insufficient packaging, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (standard fee 140 SEK for postal returns within Sweden).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to your order but the return lowers the total below the free shipping threshold, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning from outside Sweden, you will also be charged the return shipping costs incurred.
  • You may choose to use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@mykoreanglow.se. For other returns, a new order must be placed separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time before the refund is posted to your account.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time, please first contact your bank or card provider. If the issue remains, email us at info@mykoreanglow.se.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), has received the last item from your order.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us (via email) before the withdrawal period ends.
