Agreements are concluded in English or Swedish.
By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is created when we confirm your order by email or when delivery is made, whichever occurs first.
Prepaid or reserved items will be shipped only after we receive full payment including shipping costs.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if delivery cannot be made to your country, if payment is not received, if billing details are incorrect, or if there is an obvious pricing error.
Orders may also be cancelled if we suspect fraud or resale activity.
Prices shown in the online store include VAT according to Swedish law.
Ownership of the products remains with Korean Glow until full payment has been made.
Delivery costs are specified at checkout and depend on your shipping method.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the carrier.
You will receive notification by SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready for collection or delivery.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including Klarna and card payments.
For card payments, your card will be charged immediately.
If payment is late, we may charge reminder fees and statutory interest in accordance with Swedish law.
By accepting these terms, you agree to receive invoices and receipts electronically.
Promotional discount codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be purchased.
They may require a minimum order value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are available in set denominations (SEK 100, 200, 500, etc.) and are redeemable only before checkout is completed.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot accrue interest.
You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days from receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition.
Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are 140 SEK (within Sweden). If your order originally qualified for free shipping but falls below the threshold after return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Non-collection or refusal of parcels is not considered a valid cancellation.
Defective products may be returned free of charge—please contact us before sending any return.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
If you paid by Klarna, the refund will be credited to your Klarna account.
If you paid with a gift card, refunds will be reissued as store credit or a replacement gift card.
