If free shipping was applied to your order but the return lowers the total below the free shipping threshold, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.<\/li>\r\n <li>If you are returning from outside Sweden, you will also be charged the return shipping costs incurred.<\/li>\r\n <li>You may choose to use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n <h3>Exchanges<\/h3>\r\n <p>We only replace items if they are <strong>defective or damaged<\/strong>. For other returns, a new order must be placed separately.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>Refunds<\/h3>\r\n <p>Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n <p>If approved, we will process your refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong>. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Banks and credit card companies may take additional time before the refund is posted to your account.<\/li>\r\n <li>If you haven\u2019t received your refund within a reasonable time, please first contact your bank or card provider.
