Contract terms<\/h3>\r\n <h4>1.1 Conclusion of contract and delivery of products<\/h4>\r\n <p>Agreements are concluded in English or Swedish.<\/p>\r\n <p>By clicking the \"Place Order\" button, you submit a binding order. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is created when we confirm your order by email or when delivery is made, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\r\n <p>Prepaid or reserved items will be shipped only after we receive full payment including shipping costs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h4>1.2 Right to cancel your order<\/h4>\r\n <p>We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if delivery cannot be made to your country, if payment is not received, if billing details are incorrect, or if there is an obvious pricing error.<\/p>\r\n <p>Orders may also be cancelled if we suspect fraud or resale activity.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>2. Discount codes & gift cards<\/h3>\r\n <p>Promotional discount codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be purchased.<\/p>\r\n <p>They may require a minimum order value and cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\r\n <p>Gift cards are available in set denominations (SEK 100, 200, 500, etc.) and are redeemable only before checkout is completed.<\/p>\r\n <p>Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot accrue interest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>5. Right of withdrawal & returns<\/h3>\r\n <p>You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days from receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition.<\/p>\r\n <p>Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.<\/p>\r\n <p>Return shipping costs are 140 SEK (within Sweden).
